PAINT BALL GAME GONE WILD!  SECRET MILITARY EXERCISES NEAR MOHAWK COMMUNITIES?  [In-depth Report]

MNN.  Nov. 19, 2008.  If Canada is such a peace loving country, why is it saber rattling and playing war games like “Vigilant Shield 09”?  Huge military exercises are taking place on Turtle Island this month. These are being run by “NorthCom” and “NORAD” [North American AeroDefence Command].  NorthCom works with “Canada Command” and coordinates civil incidents through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security DHS.  This has nothing to do with Afghanistan.  It has to do with “civil” control, not democracy.  The Canadian part is called “Determined Dragon, Trillium Response”.  [What bunch of jerks made this one up?  Sounds like some kind of teenage fantasy video?  These guys are scary!] 

In the U.S. during a “disaster or emergency” JTF-CS operates within a Department of Defense chain of command that begins and ends with the President of the U.S.  Canada is on this dog chain.  In other words, it gave up its independence.  Civilian agencies, including “State, local, territorial, and tribal [band] governments, and private sector owners and operators of critical infrastructure,” would be controlled by the military.  They define the “disaster” that will lead to world domination.  

What’s going on here?  Details are scarce, especially on the Trenton Air Force Base aspect which is near the Mohawk community of Tyendinaga.  Another exercise is going on in Hamilton, near Six Nations.  Another in Thunder Bay.  Are there others?  Is it a coincidence that these are mostly next to Ongwehonwe communities?   

The main focus is “Communications Interoperability” to coordinate various agencies:  the military, Joint Task Force JTF, army, navy and air force; all police agencies, RCMP, OPP, CBSA, “Aboriginal” police, municipal police; emergency responders, ambulances, fire trucks, rail security and select government bureaucrats; and the effected private sector such as nuclear reactors.  “Interoperability” means coordinating all their goons and thugs to have “Joint War Games”.  

It looks more like an exercise designed to set up the infra structure needed to impose “martial law”.  Communications and radio frequencies will come under one command.  The new device called the “Incident Commanders” Radio Interface looks like a cigar box, about 5″ x 8″ x 2”.  It can be held by one wired-up adolescent to receive and send messages to all these agencies during an emergency, natural or man-made disaster, including a “terrorist attack”.  But who and where are the terrorists?  The only scary guys in the neighborhood is them!

MNN.  Sept. 1, 2008.  THIS IS A CALL FOR HELP.  3 people are in jail.  5 more are surrounded by cops.  They need support and supplies.  Take #403 to Brantford, exit at Oak Park Road, turn left at the T Junction; take the first right onto Fen Ridge; the site is across from the Proctor & Gamble distribution facility.  

The OPP have created chaos at Six Nations – Again!  Suddenly yesterday, on Sunday August 31, 2008, reports starting coming to MNN about harassments and arrests.  Highway 6 was blocked.  People are being stopped from going to their homes in the Six Nation communities by the Caledonians and the OPP.  Everyone’s worried because school starts tomorrow.  What’s happening?

In Haida Nation and Taku River Tlingit, the Supreme Court of Canada reminded Canadian governments they have a duty to consult and accommodate all indigenous people who are defending legitimate property rights.  This applies to the OPP [Ontario Provincial Police].   This law is being systematically broken.  

Brantford continues to give out illegal permits to foreign corporations.  Mega projects continue to be started on unsurrendered Indigenous land.  These corporations fraudulently use our land as collateral to raise money at stock exchanges around the world from an unsuspecting public.  No charges have been laid against Brantford officials or foreign corporations for breaking the law.  Instead the cops are being siked on anyone who attempts to defend our legal rights.    

Yesterday, a man was grabbed by the cops from his van and held incommunicado for hours.  His 14 and 16 year old sons were arrested.  The cops ransacked another van looking for something to charge the driver with.  Eventually they charged him for driving without a license.  Two more youths were arrested.  None of the parents were allowed to speak to their children.  

Today, at 7:00 am. Labor Day, the OPP raided the demonstration at the illegal construction site of the Irish company, Kingspan.  This had been shut down by Six Nations defenders.  Two more youths were arrested, according to sporadic reports.

Why has this situation degenerated so three groups are blocking Highway 6:  the OPP, the Caledonians and the Six Nations? Is this is Canada’s idea of consultation and accommodation?   

Every inch of land in Canada is unsurrendered native land.  Canada doesn’t want to face this.  Our property rights are extremely well documented. That’s a problem for them.  The rights Canada and Ontario have been violating at Six Nations were documented before either the Canadian state or the province of Ontario were founded.  Canada is a product of fraud.  Is that why they don’t want to sit down and work out a reasonable plan for peaceful co-existence?  

So far Canada’s response has been violence.  Bring out the guns and bats!    

Canada and the world knows this is wrong.  They have no choice but to deal with us, the landowners.  We are the legal trustees of Onowaregeh, Turtle Island.  Each time they hit us, they remind us of our duties.   We struggle even harder to uphold them. 

The use of force can never produce a legal result.  The Supreme Court of Canada and international law agree with our law, the Kaianerehkowa/Great Law.  The only legal way to solve problems is through discussions, negotiations and understandings.

Canada must start listening to our legal reasoning. The violence against Indigenous peoples has got to stop.  We know what’s right and wrong.  The more they beat us, the more they make it clear that they are wrong.  They must back off, stop arresting us, stop beating us up and stop shoving their kangeroo court documents down our throats.  

On Tuesday, at 9:00 a.m., some of our people will be brought into the Brantford Court.  There is no proof that it has jurisdiction over our people and our land.  Many Indigenous people have been asserting our law.  They have refused to attorn to the court.  They have declared that they stand on the law of the land, the Kaianerehkowa.  Or they have demanded proof of the court’s jurisdiction.  

So far Canada’s colonial courts have all refused to provide proof for their authority.  They know they have none.  So they find some way of putting things off. They don’t know what to do when indigenous people who have been accused for political reasons demand proof of their jurisdiction or evidence of the valid termination of our law.  They know full well that we never gave our informed consent to become Canadians.  We are not Canadians. 

If you can, please come to witness the court proceedings and provide support. We need to tell Kingspan of Ireland, Hampton Hotels of the U.S. all the other shysters trying to trespass on our land to go away.

Cornwall.  July 15, 2008.  On June 14^th 2008

Katenies and Kahentinetha – who are both writers

and contributors to Mohawk Nation News [MNN  

www.mohawknationnews.com] – were handcuffed and tackled

to the ground at the Cornwall border checkpoint.

The Canada Border Services agents acted as though

they had lost control of themselves, or they had no

regard for legal propriety.  Neither woman did

anything wrong.  The attacks were unprovoked but

seem to have been directed by whoever was at the

other end of the cell phone.   

 

Katenies was jailed and held incommunicado for

three days. Kahentinetha suffered a heart attack

and is under the care of her doctors and her family. 

Because of her condition Kahentinetha cannot go

to court to support Katenies. 

 

Katenies demands respect for herself, for anyone

who asserts Kanion’ke:haka jurisdiction and

condemns Canada’s illegal border.  The charges

against her are false and vindictive.  The Ontario

court is public.  Anyone who believes in the rule

of law and condemns the brutal attacks on these

women and many others is welcome to stand with

her at:

On June 14^th 2008 Katenies and Kahentinetha of MNN were beaten by the Canadian Border guards at the Akwesasne [Cornwall] Ontario crossing.  Their excuse was an “outstanding warrant” issued in 2003 claiming that Katenies “ran the border” placed by the colonial state through the middle of her community.  Katenies has appeared in court on this matter.  On both occasions she never acknowledged the false charges and filed motions contesting the courts’ jurisdiction.  She refused to stand up and started reading her motion into the record, asking:  “How and when did Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II get jurisdiction over me and my land?”  On December 18^th 2006 the court attempted to ignore the issue.  When Katenies tried to read her motion into the court record, the court closed down.   Katenies’ motion gave notice that a failure to respond within 30 days would be taken as an admission by the court that it had no jurisdiction.  Canada has chosen to pursue this matter.  We would like to share her motion with our readers.  The motion is based on the Two Row Wampum and the Kaianerehkowa, the Great law of Peace, the constitution of the Haudenosaunee.  Katenies found the Queen, the corporation of Canada and all its public and private corporations guilty of theft, etc.  This will be the basis of proceedings when Katenies appears at 9:00 a.m. in Cornwall Ontario court on July 14^th 2008.  A case is being prepared against the Canadian Border Security Agency. The Canadian state can use the money of 30 million people and Indigenous resources to fight the Mohawks.  Your financial help is needed.  Please donate to “MNN Mohawk Nation News”, Box 991, Kahnawake [Quebec, Canada] J0L 1B0. Everyone welcome.  Katenies MNN katenies20@yahoo.com

Injun and Northern Extra-Marital Affairs Minister, Chuck Strahl, says he’s talked with buddies like Stockwell Get-a-Day-Job and enlisted the aid of beagles at border crossings.  This new strategy should keep pesky wagonburners from just wandering freely, as though they owned the place.   Strahl says the beagles are trained to sniff out medicine pouches, beads, eagle feathers, and dirty lacrosse jock straps.  At any given time one of the fleet of 1001 beagles can latch on to a breast or scrotum and stop a first nations bandit from travelling across the border like their farts smell like sweetgrass or sage.   Recently beagle number 3, Custer, snatched onto native activist Kahentinies’ upper right shoulder, barely missing her non-canadian tit.  However, beagle number six, Cowboy Queen, did snare Clan Mom Kahentinetha Horn’s nipple, which sent her into cardiac arrest.  It’s reported Kahentenitha thought the smell of the beagle  reminded her of former stalker, Jim Prentice. Au de Chien aside, this new task force should make many Caledonia residents happy, as well as Governor General Michaella de Ville.
