Scout’s New Tattoo

not that everyone would WANT to see, but i thought i’d show off my new tat that i got in hawaii. the artist, kilgore, is amazing. she ‘reads’ what you should have and where. at first she thought she got it wrong and said, ‘this couldn’t be right, i see boxing gloves on the hip’. however , she didn’t know how right on she was and the signifigance it has for me (long story). <p>
as it was ‘just right’, i went through a whole gamut of letting go of some things and moved to a better place of understanding and forgiveness….imagine old leather gloves inked onto your hip doing that
.
the pic didn’t turn out that well, but i wasn’t about to do another one.

Oh dammit, I know what you’re doing, you’re ready for the fight. But don’t get too carried away.
Try to resist your temptations for reaction, most people would never get it anyway. They don’t have the same understanding anymore.
It’s up to you how to deal with things. Please for the love of Nature, be nice.

bruce…..heh heh heh….i’m not prepping for any fight. it’s all about moving forward in the throws of adversity, however if i can get a couple of punches of truth in i’m happy. in fact, i did get my 10 seconds in the ring
this has more to do with some of my happiest childhood memories of being taught how to box by my dad. it was awesome, i loved it and it was rare one on one time. the tat has really helped me to move to more foregiveness to the old guy.
